Happy to share with you that the construction of the flagship store of the Brussels based creativity stores chain Schleiper is now approaching completion. Very soon will arise a stunning and beautiful active second skin façade designed with the idea to provide shading and cooling to the building and its occupants while generating clean energy for local use. This aesthetic pleasing architectural design demonstrate again the versality of multiple functionality that a building element can combine to provide more benefits for the user. While generating electricity for the building this active second skin façade contribute to the excellent indoor climate of the building by lowering the total needs cooling by 15%.
