Curtain Wall

A specially designed profile system that facilitates the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic system components such as cabling, connectors and junction boxes at the edges. The new cover caps are designed with a minimum height to prevent shadows on the solar cells.

All of our active facade, skylight, roof and sunshade systems are supplied including the electrical installation up to the inverters.
We prepare an electrical study, supply system components up to the inverters, connect the panes in series, run the cabling between the facade/glazed roof/glazed dome and the inverters, and commission the DC side of the system.

The CW 60-Solar aluminum profile system is fully compatible with other aluminum profile systems in Reynaers Aluminium’s CW range, offering a total roof glazing solution.

This provides the perfect combination of design and quality.

Shading and Louvre Systems

Shading slats not only add depth, great architectural impact and aesthetics to the building, but also improve indoor comfort (glare and solar control) and can generate energy for the building.

The awning/louvre is a composition of safety laminated glass with EVA or PVB.
It is available in regular sizes or customized up to 2200 x 5500 mm in matrix or random layout.
This results in a power range from 60 to 170 W/m² and support/fixing system type S 3000 DU for point fixing of architectural glass or type Elegance JCC, a vertical or horizontal support system consisting of brackets on 2 sides of the grille with or without intermediate support bars.
The brackets are attached directly to the profiles of the curtain wall or with adapted fixings.

Balustrade Systems

Balustrades not only provide security.
They also contribute to the great architectural impact and aesthetics of the building.
